MARVELLENZ 2000

MARVELLENZ® 2000 is a granular blend of enzymes for use in granular, automatic dishwashing products. It is specifically developed for optimal stain removal performance on a common range of consumer relevant residues on dishes such as egg, meat and wheat starch, for example tough pasta. MARVELLENZ® 2000 hydrolyzes the peptide bonds in proteins and the α-1,4-glycosidic bonds in starch. The remaining peptides, amino acids and water-soluble oligosaccharides are then removed by the wash liquor
