BAYHYDROL UH 2558

BAYHYDROL UH 2558 is an aliphatic, anionic polyurethane dispersion suitable as a binder. It provides high resistance to yellowing, very good wet film transparency and very good abrasion resistance. Films are hard but flexible. Post-curing brings additional significant advantages and results in waterborne two-component coatings with significantly higher mechanical and chemical resistance. BAYHYDROL UH 2558 compatibility with affordable dispersions is good but must be tested on a case-by-case basis. As with any product, use of BAYHYDROL UH 2558 in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
