NEORAD R-700
Waterbased urethane dispersion for use in Excimer radiation curing coating applications.
NeoRad R-700 is designed for excimer-cured furniture coatings. Delivers deep matte finish without matting agents,
featuring good chemical and scratch resistance with high hardness. Process requires two-step curing: pre-drying for water
removal, followed by excimer lamp exposure and Hg/Ga lamp treatment. Optimal results achieved under nitrogen
atmosphere. Requires water-soluble/compatible photoinitiators for effective cure rate and conversion.
