BYK-SYNERGIST 2105

BYK SYNERGIST 2105 is a pigment synergist that improves the effectiveness of polymeric wetting and dispersing additives when stabilizing organic yellow, orange and red pigments. BYK SYNERGIST 2105 enables high-molecular weight wetting and dispersing additives to be more efficiently adsorbed on the surface of organic pigments used in certain advanced material applications. This increases the effectiveness of the wetting and dispersing additives which results in improved stabilization of the pigments and allows for higher pigment contents. As a result, the viscosity is reduced. BYK SYNERGIST 2105 is always used in combination with high-molecular weight wetting and dispersing additives and provides benefits such as enhanced pigment stabilization and lower viscosity when used for pigments in advanced material formulations.
