DISPERBYK-2152

DISPERBYK 2152 is an emission-free, hyperbranched wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-free systems. It was specially developed for use in reactive systems and features excellent pigment wetting and deflocculation. DISPERBYK 2152 improves dispersion of fillers and allows higher filling levels. During grinding, its polyester side chains compress and increase adhesion to filler surfaces. The pigment-affine groups then adsorb while side chains shield interactions. This results in strong viscosity reduction and storage stability. DISPERBYK 2152 is broadly compatible with no effect on properties and meets German health standards. It is particularly suitable for industries involving advanced materials where high quality dispersion and lower viscosity enables enhanced filler loading for improved performance.
