BYK-361 N

BYK-361 N is a polyacrylate-based surface additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings, UV-reactive printing inks, overprint varnishes, and powder coatings. It improves leveling, prevents craters, and is also suitable for ambient curing plastic systems. As a solvent-free version of BYK-358 N, it functions as an anti-cratering and leveling additive, enhances gloss, and provides a long-wave effect. It causes only a minor reduction in surface tension and does not negatively impact recoatability or intercoat adhesion. BYK-361 N does not cause turbidity in clear coats or haze in pigmented systems.
