Β-CAROTENE 10% CWS

β-CAROTENE 10% CWS is a free-flowing particles containing β-CAROTENE finely dispersed in a Corn Starch-coated matrix of Gelatine, Sucrose and Corn Oil. It is used as a nutrient or color in food applications including food/dietary supplements and as coloring matter in pharmaceutical preparations. β-CAROTENE 10% CWS provides natural coloring and nutritional value to foods without directly mentioning any food name. It is dispersible in cold water, yielding yellow to orange colorations. β-CAROTENE 10% CWS is sensitive to air, heat, light and humidity. The product may be stored for 48 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at a temperature below 15°C.
