GELCARIN® FF 14 is an alginate blend composed of Sodium alginate (E401), Sugar, Trisodium citrate (E331). It is an off-white powder manufactured from brown seaweeds. GELCARIN® FF 14 is designed for ready to eat aerated desserts. GELCARIN® FF 14 provides Excellent foam stability even at elevated temperature. Overrun is similar to that of a traditional gelatin recipe. GELCARIN® FF 14 is GMO free, Halal and Kosher certified.
