BYK-S 782

BYK S 782 is an additive that prevents surface tackiness in isophthalic and orthophthalic resins as well as DCPD-containing resins. BYK S 782 forms an optimal film on the resin surface to prevent the inhibiting effect of atmospheric oxygen. This ensures tack-free surfaces and interlaminar adhesion is not affected. BYK S 782 is particularly suitable for isophthalic and orthophthalic resins and can also be used in DCPD-containing resins. It allows higher ambient temperatures during application and processing. BYK S 782 provides benefits like preventing surface imperfections, easier handling and improved aesthetic appearance of finished products in applications where an even, tack-free surface is required.
