LUTENSOL XP 40

LUTENSOL XP 40 is a nonionic surfactant that is alkyl polyethylene glycol ether based on C10-Guerbet alcohol and ethylene oxide. It has a degree of ethoxilation of ca. 4 and a concentration of ca. 100%. LUTENSOL XP 40 has a cloudpoint of ca. 52°C and a hydroxylnumber of ca. 170 mgKOH/g. It is soluble in distilled water, caustic hydrocarbons, salt solvent, ethanol and aromatic water. LUTENSOL XP 40 is suitable for use in industrial cleaning solutions due to its high surface activity and compatibility with other surfactants and auxiliaries. It can be combined with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants and auxiliaries to formulate effective industrial cleaners. LUTENSOL XP 40 is compatible with alkylaryl sulphonates, ether sulphates and other sulphated and sulphonated products, enabling synergistic effects and very high levels of performance in industrial cleaning applications.
