Companies are rigorously assessed across four key areas: Environment, Social & Human Rights, Responsible Procurement, and Ethics. These pillars are further divided into numerous sub-categories, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation and industry benchmarking.
Our renewed Platinum certification places IMCD France among the top 1% of companies within our sector. This distinction is a testament to the strategic focus IMCD (both France and globally) has placed on integrating CSR into our long-term development plans. It further strengthens our position as a trusted and responsible partner to all our stakeholders.
Several key advancements contributed to IMCD France's exceptional performance this year. These include the implementation of a robust responsible purchasing policy with our suppliers and subcontractors, as well as ongoing employee awareness programs on business ethics and cybersecurity.
