BELSIL UL 2899
Is a non-ionic emulsion of high viscosity dimethicone. Main application is in hair care. Has excellent conditioning additives, especially when formulated into rinse-off and leave in conditioners. Improves wet and dry combability as well as wet and dry feel of the hair. Provides conditioning benefits when used in shampoos and styling aids. Dosage 1-5%.
