WACKER POWERSOFT FE 55
POWERSOFT® FE 55 is a nonionic, aqueous macro emulsion of a functional silicone fluid, suitable for the softening of fluorocarbon containing finishing agents. POWERSOFT® FE 55 is used as an additive for enhancing water repellency of textiles mainly in combination with fluorocarbon-based impregnation agents for textile finishing. Hand characteristic of the finished textile are improved without affecting high level oleophobic, hydrophobic and stain resistance properties imparted by the fluorocarbon.
