Hydrophilic, ether-type nonionic surfactant manufactured by addition polymerization of ethylene oxide to oleyl alcohol. It is widely used as an emulsifier and has strong emulsifying ability in various emulsification systems. Low-viscosity emulsions with good texture can be prepared. This product is stable against acid and alkali. HLB : 17.
