CER-FCP8020G

CER-FCP8020G is a FluoroCeramic powder grade made with patented Cerflon® technology, combining 80% PTFE and 20% hexagonal Boron Nitride (hBN) in a unique blend. This advanced solid lubricant powder offers improved lubrication properties over PTFE, MoS2 and graphite, even at elevated temperatures above 600°C. CER-FCP8020G provides up to two times greater surface area coverage and improved thermal conductivity and oxidation resistance. As a chemically inert and corrosion resistant material, CER-FCP8020G is well-suited for applications requiring durability and wear resistance. Its non-toxic and environmentally safe properties make it an ideal additive for industries where safety and sustainability are top priorities.
