BYK 350

BYK 350 is a polyacrylate-based surface additive that provides excellent leveling and gloss enhancement. BYK 350 reduces surface tension to a slight extent and does not impair recoatability or intercoat adhesion, making it suitable for medium polarity solvent-borne and solvent-free formulations. As an anti-cratering additive, BYK 350 increases gloss and produces a long wave effect. It can be incorporated during any stage of the production process, including post-addition. BYK 350 has been shown to improve appearance and performance of finished products while maintaining adhesion between layers.
