RHEOBYK-H 7500 VF

RHEOBYK H 7500 VF is a VOC-free associative thickener that generates highly pseudoplastic flow behavior in aqueous systems, especially for spray applications. As a solution of polyurethane, RHEOBYK H 7500 VF significantly increases viscosity in low shear range, reducing sagging and improving storage stability. It is liquid and easy to handle, not requiring pH or temperature adjustments during incorporation. When combined with high shear rheology additives, it enables optimum processability. RHEOBYK H 7500 VF has been developed for emulsion paints based on VAE binders and can also be used in emulsion paints and coatings based on acrylate, styrene acrylate and vinyl acetate. It is recommended for architectural and wood/furniture coatings at 0.3-1.25%, delivering benefits like reduced material usage and labor while meeting performance needs.
