FACTICE PD 14

FACTICE PD 14 is a brown sulphur factice that is commonly used in the advanced materials industry. As a modified fatty oil cross-linked with sulphur, FACTICE PD 14 contains 15% mineral oil and has a dark brown lump appearance. It has total sulphur levels between 12.5-15.5% and free sulphur levels between 1.5-2.5%. FACTICE PD 14 extracts at 34-40% in acetone and has an ash content below 1.5% at 950°C. With a density of 1.0 g/cm3, FACTICE PD 14 is supplied in 25kg PE-bags and maintains stability for over 1 year when stored in cool, dry conditions. FACTICE PD 14 demonstrates very good compatibility with advanced material formulations like OE-SBR. Its technological properties make it well-suited for applications in the advanced materials sector that require black color and rubber-like performance characteristics.
