BYK-UV 3575

BYK UV 3575 is a multi-acrylic functional, modified polydimethylsiloxane surface additive that improves substrate wetting and leveling. BYK UV 3575 displays moderate reduction in surface tension and improves substrate wetting. It increases surface slip and improves leveling. As a result of its multiple acrylic functionality BYK UV 3575 crosslinks with radiation curable systems and thereby produces long-lasting effects without migrating. BYK UV 3575 is suitable for solvent-free, solvent-borne, and aqueous systems. When used between 0.1-0.3% in formulations, it enhances properties like substrate adhesion, abrasion resistance and durability of finished products.
