BYKJET 9151 is a structured copolymer additive that enhances pigment wetting and improves optical properties. BYKJET 9151 reduces viscosity levels in pigment concentrates and final formulations, while preventing thixotropy and ensuring long-term storage stability without viscosity shifts. It provides equal charge to pigment particles to prevent co-flocculation. Excellent pigment deflocculation leads to small particle size and narrow distribution, significantly reducing filtration times. BYKJET 9151 may be used in all common solvent-borne, aqueous and UV-curing formulations. It stabilizes most pigments and enhances properties like color strength, gloss, haze and transparency. BYKJET 9151 allows formulations to achieve superior hiding power, durability and aesthetics through optimized pigment stabilization and dispersion.
