Thiamine Mononitrate is a white or almost white powder, usually with a slight, characteristic odour. It melts at about 190-200° C with decomposition. Recommended application(s): For use as ingredient in dietary/food supplements and food & beverage applications. Suitable for use in foods for infants and young children, food for other vulnerable groups as well as in dietetic foods for use under medical supervision.
