Dry Vitamin A Palmitate 250 S/N-B consists of light yellow, free-flowing particles (beadlets). They contain vitamin A palmitate finely dispersed in a corn starch-coated matrix of modified food starch and sucrose. BHT and sodium ascorbate are added as stabilizers. Recommended application(s): For enrichment of dry foods and staple food fortification, especially for sugar.
