Dry Vitamin A Acetate 325/A consists of free-flowing particles (beadlets). They contain 325'000 IU vitamin A (97'500 µg retinol) per gram. The individual particles contain vitamin A acetate finely dispersed in a corn starch-coated matrix of acacia and glucose syrup; dl-α-tocopherol is added as an antioxidant. Recommended application(s): For food applications reconstituted with liquids. In case of use in foods for infants and young children, limits for the carry-over of gum arabic (E 414) in the ready to consume food may need to be observed depending on regional legal requirements. Gum Arabic is contained in the present product (as a carrier for the vitamin) as detailed in the compositional data sheet and the EU food use compliance statement.
