Validase® BAA 1000L is a kosher and halal certified liquid containing bacterial α-amylase (alpha-amylase), derived from a selected strain of Bacillus subtilis. Standardised acitivity: > 850000 MWU/g. This enzyme rapidly reduces the viscosity of gelatinous starch solutions from starchy vegetables, corn, potato, barley, rice, sorghum, wheat, cassava, and other sources. Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Non-GMO and no preservatives.
