CARAMEL COLOUR 4400 E150d (“class IV”), of negative colloidal charge, obtained by controlled heat treatment of food carbohydrates, in the presence of sulfite and ammonium compounds. 4400 is a Class IV Caramel Color and is one of the strongest and most widely used products of our range. Acid-stable and highly compatible at low pH, it is the perfect match for beverages, baking creations, sauces or even Pet food.
