BURNT SUGAR 0100S BIO is obtained by controlled heat treatment of food sugars. 0100S BIO is THE clean-label solution by excellence: labeled as food ingredient, organic, non-GMO, and wheat-free. It is similar in color and taste to the 0100S and is made from sucrose too which brings a slightly different flavor profile and color. It also fits perfectly in savory, confectionery or baking applications. This caramel complies with the French definition of “caramel aromatique” (NFV00-100).
