Remygel 663 DR-P is a kosher and halal certified medium particle sized pregelatinised cross-linked acetylated rice starch E1414, food grade. Waxy rice starch is a good binder or thickener. It is glutenfree, non-allergenic, freeze-thaw, pH, temperature and oven stable and very good digestible. This product is also pregelatinised and has a soft gel and a neutral taste and is therefore excellent for cold preparations with a short texture as e.a. dairy desserts, soups and sauces and ready meals.
