Remyflo R7 200 T is a kosher and halal certified food-grade flour manufactured from polished broken rice. Remyflo R7 200 T is finely milled and sieved rice flour with reduced lipase activity. Appearance: white to beige powder. Technical properties: texturising, expansion control, crispiness. It is glutenfree, non-allergenic, has an excellent amino acid composition and is very good digestible. Rice flour by Beneo is widely used in baby food and infant cereals thanks to the ease of digestion of both rice starch and rice protein. Rice proteins also possess a very interesting amino acid profile, being closely related to that of breast milk.
