Remyflo C 200 is a kosher and halal certified food-grade flour manufactured from brown ("cargo") broken rice with a nutritional composition of whole-grain rice. Remyflo C 200 is finely milled and sieved rice flour. Appearance: amber powder. Technical properties: texturising, expansion control, crunchiness. It is glutenfree, non-allergenic, has an excellent amino acid composition and is very good digestible. Rice flour by Beneo is widely used in baby food and infant cereals thanks to the ease of digestion of both rice starch and rice protein. Rice proteins also possess a very interesting amino acid profile, being closely related to that of breast milk.
