Refit™ MPI 85 is a milk protein isolate with 85% protein characterized by a clean creamy taste & light milky aroma. It’s an excellent protein source for ready to drinks due to its high nutritional value and functional properties. Protein 86%, minerals 6.3%, moisture 5.0%, fat 1.6% carbohydrates 0.7%. Benefits: Clean creamy taste and milky aroma; Suitable in RTD’s especially when a low viscosity is desired; and high quality protein source since it contains all essential amino acids.
