PureMalt CB 30/65 is a hot water extract of lightly caramelised barley (Hordeum vulgare) malt, conditioned within our brewery prior to concentration by vacuum evaporation. Bakery: Add to your recipe for natural sweetness and a distinguishable caramel malt character. Ideal for sweet bakery products, confectionery and ice cream. Brewing: CB30/65 provides body, sweetness colour and flavour for premium lagers, summer beers, golden ales and non-alcoholic beer and malt beverages.
