PREGEFLO® CH 20 is a pregelatinized waxy maize starch (E1422, acetylated distarch adipate) adding instant thickening to sauces and dressings with good freeze/thaw stability. Medium resistance to shear, suitable for pH range from 3.5 to 8, temparature ≤ 110°C. This gluten-free texturizer is an easy-to-process powder, fully traceable, and non-GMO. It has the appearance of a white to off-white powder.
