PREGEFLO® CH 10 is a pregelatinized waxy maize starch (E1422, acetylated distarch adipate) adding instant thickness in sauces and dressings. Low resistance to shear, pH range from 3.5 to 8, temperature ≤ 100°C. Good freeze/thaw stability.
