NUTRIOSE® FB 10 Powder are non-GMO cost-effective soluble fibers (70% on DS) obtained from wheat. Its sugar content is 10 - 15 % and they have a low caloric value. Their low viscosity, high solubility and outstanding tolerance make them the perfect bulk to replace sugars in many food products while increasing the fiber content. Recommended applications: bakery and snacks, confectionery, and savoury applications. Best suited for sugar reduction.
