NUTRALYS® F 85 M is a functional pea protein with a medium particle size that provides emulsifying and gelling properties for various culinary applications and gluten-free baked goods. It forms stable emulsions while allowing pet food manufacturers the opportunity to optimize diet formulations through protein enrichment and the ability to create textured products. Characterized by a high protein content (84%), NUTRALYS F 85 M presents an amino acid profile complementary to that of cereals. It is also particularly rich in arginine, an essential amino acid for domestic carnivores.
