NEOSORB® P 30/60 is a non-cariogenic sorbitol, in powder form, suitable for diabetic bulk sweetening for various sugarless confections. It is the most common bulking agent for sugar-free chewing gum centers. It can also be used as a humectant or stabilizer agent. NEOSORB® P 30/60 is present in many fruits and vegetables. It can be used as a bulk sweetener or as a compression agent in sugar-free confectionery (chewing gums, pan coating, tablets), and in biscuits and pastry food applications.
