Maxipro® AFP is a kosher and halal certified enzyme preparation for food use containing acid fungal protease derived from a strain of Aspergillus niger. It is an effective acid protease that enables effective clarification and stable NTU during shelf life. It meets hydrolysis needs at low pH. Standardised acitivity: 1.000 - 1.100 SAPU/g. Maxipro® is a family of protease enzymes that hydrolyzes animal-based protein and peptides, effectively turning them into smaller peptides and/or amino acids.
