LYCASIN® Hard Boiled Candy (HBC) Maltitol Syrup is a colourless sugar alternative with a sweet flavor. It is 75% as sweet as sucrose and contains 55% maltitol. This product is non-crystallizable, thermally stable, and non-cariogenic. While very suitable for a variety of applications - including cereal bars, chewing gum, and ice cream - this product is designed specifically for use in hard-boiled candy.
