It is made with carrot puree and juice and produced by spray drying. The botanical name is Daucus carota L. 1 kg product is made from around 12.5 kg single strength juice/pulp at 8°Brix / obtained from around 17.2 kg fresh vegetable. Composition: carrot puree; and carrot juice.
