Morello Cherry 348 Sieve 1_101353 is a large, thick and crunchy flake which has a slight morello cherry flavour and an acidic taste. It is made with morello cherry juice and produced by drum drying. Botanical name : Prunus cerasus L. 1kg product contains approx. 3.4 kg juice at 14°Brix. Composition: morello cherry juice; corn starch; white sugar (sucrose); and citric acid (E 330).
