Apricot 385 Sieve 1_101238 is a large, thick and crunchy flake which has an apricot flavour with a cooked note and an acidulous taste. It is made with apricot puree and produced by drum drying (75 % fruit flakes). 1kg product contains approx. 6.8 kg pulp at 12.5°Brix.
