Excellion® Sodium Caseinate S is a spray dried milk protein, prepared from fresh skimmed milk. Excellion® Sodium Caseinate S is a versatile protein which is used as emulsifier, stabilizer, whipping agent and protein enricher in liquid nutritional formulas, as edical nutrition and health food products, various dairy products, toppings and spray-dried emulsions. Excellion® Sodium Caseinate S has excellent emulsifying properties combined with superb solubility and heat stability. The product is rich in casein protein (91.0%) and contains only 0.25% of lactose which makes it easy to formulate lactose free or low lactose high protein products (depending on local legislation). In all recognized protein determinations, casein protein is a complete protein source which has a high biological value and digestibility, containing all the indispensable amino acids required for growth and maintenance.
