Delvo®N is a kosher and halal certified powdered formulation of the polypeptide antibacterial agent nisin (E234). Nisin is produced by fermentation of a special strain of Lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactis. The product is formulated on sodium chloride as a carrier. Appearance: off-white to creamy brown powder.
