CLEARAM® CR 30 20 is a modified waxy maize starch, hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate (E1442). This cook-up starch provides thickening and shelf-life extension to various sauces and dairy applications. This product imparts outstanding shear and heat resistance properties. Some examples of dairy applications are dessert cream, pudding, mousse, egg baked dessert, and yogurt. In sauces, it can be used for canned and UHT tomato sauces and soups, frozen sauces and soups, as well as mayonnaise and dressings.
