CLEARAM® CR 30 10 is a modified waxy maize starch, hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate (E1442). It imparts excellent resistance to high temperature and high shear, and a range of pH from 2 to 8. It also has good freeze/thaw stability. This product is the ideal solution to thicken and stabilize bake fruit filing, while ensuring the right spreadability and pourability. It can also be used in instant dairy pudding and sauces.
