CLEARAM® CH 30 20 is a modified cook up waxy maize starch, acetylated distarch adipate (E1422), waxy maize basis. Resistance to high temperature (130°C). Severe shear and range of pH from 2 to 8. Good freeze/thaw stability. For fillings, fruit preparation and sauces.
