CLEARAM® CH 20 20 is a modified cook up waxy maize starch, acetylated distarch adipate (E1422). Resistance to high temperature (120°C). It is resistant to high temperature (120°C), high shear, and can be used in a range of pH from 3.5 to 7.5. It exhibits good freeze/thaw stability. It imparts excellent texturizing properties and enhances viscosity and can be used as a thickener in fillings, dairy, weaning foods, and sauce applications.
