CARASWEET® 5SG7806 is a caramelised food sugars mixture, obtained by controlled heat treatment. Carasweet 5SG7806 has a typical Caramel taste with noticeable but not too strong bitter notes. It has a fairly sweet taste profile. It has been specifically developped for dairy application such as île flottante. This Caramel is a food ingredient and not an additive.
