BeneoPro W-Tex WF 65-5001 Texturised wheat protein for meat alternatives. After hydration textured wheat protein offers a meat-like texture and is therefore used for partial or complete meat replacement. One part of textured wheat protein allows for a 1:1 replacement of meat. This wheat protein/ flour has a water hlding capacity of 2.5, a minimal protein concentration of 65 %, and an average particle size of 5 mm. Its granular, small structure is ideal for burgers, ready meals, country and emulsified sausages.
