BakeZyme® FXP 1500 BG is a kosher and halal certified enzyme preparation for food use containing thermostable hemicellulase (IUB: endo-1,4 xylanase) derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. It is developed for application in the flour mill and bread improver industry (bread, flour, biscuits, crackers, tortillas, flat bread, and pizza). Hemicellulase for universal use, creating improved dough development, increased loaf volume and improved crumb structure. Typical dosage: 5 - 60 ppm. In the producing micro-organism functional genes have been introduced and multiplied using biotechnological techniques. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
